On January 29, 2020, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. appointed Mr Andrzej Kensbok to the Supervisory Board of PGZ S.A.
Mr Kensbok has been associated with business activities since the beginning of his professional career. He has experience in Polish and international corporations, manufacturing and consulting companies, as well as running his own business. He has extensive managerial experience. He led investment projects, restructuring, mergers, team building, as well as the reorganization of production and sales development, implemented in Poland and abroad. He was a consultant at the Bain & Company, Director of the Wedel Factory in Płońsk, Purchase Director at PepsiCo and Vice President of PepsiCo in Eastern Europe.
From March 2017 to July 2019, Mr Kensbok was the Vice President of the Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. responsible for the capital group and finances, and from July 2019 he was the Managing Director for Strategic Projects at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. From May 2018 to January 2020, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKP S.A.
Andrzej Kensbok is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Catholic University of Lublin, as well as MBA studies at the INSEAD school in France.
