The Supervisory Board of PGZ S.A. appointed Radosław Domagalski-Łabędzki as a new Member of the Management Board of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A.
As a result of the qualifying procedure for the position of Member of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of PGZ S.A. has chosen the best candidate. On November 29th, 2018, under condition of obtaining a positive opinion from the Minister of Defence, Radosław Domagalski-Łabędzki was appointed for this function. Due to positive opinion about the candidate issued by Minister Mariusz Błaszczak, on December 6th, 2018, Radosław Domagalski-Łabędzki became a Member of the Management Board of PGZ S.A.
With more than 20 years of experience, Radoslaw Domagalski carried out numerous international projects in both public and private sectors all over the globe.
As a former President and CEO of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. – one of the world's leading companies in the mining industry, Mr. Domagalski managed foreign assets located in three countries: Chile, the United States of America and Canada. One of his key projects was to improve economic results of the Sierra Gorda open-pit mine in Chile. He was also an advisor to President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK).
In 2015-2016 Mr. Domagalski was appointed the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Economic Develoapment where he was in charge of international economic relations, and particularly the negotiation of TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership), as well as the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). Earlier, as a President of the Management Board of Magellan Trading Shanghai Co. Ltd In China, he was in charge of preparation and implementation of the development strategy in Asia for one of the largest Polish capital groups.
He graduated from the Executive MBA at Rutgers University in New Jersey. He had a scholarship at the Universities of Műnster and Mannheim in Germany. In 2003, he obtained a master's degree in law at the University of Lodz.back to articles
